          "An Act relating to pollutants; relating to                                                                           
          perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances;                                                                        
          relating to the duties of the Department of                                                                           
          Environmental Conservation; relating to firefighting                                                                  
          substances; relating to thermal remediation of                                                                        
          perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substance
